The organization designs climate-resilient, village-style master plans that integrate housing, decentralized energy, and edge data centers into unified, income-generating infrastructure portfolios. Its flagship 13,000 sq. ft. prototype community is under development in Bear, Delaware, backed by significant committed capital and proprietary intellectual property. Lotus Sanctum Union is currently raising a secured $2.5M round to complete the prototype, operationalize the site, and validate its thesis, with a clearly defined roadmap toward large-scale development. The company brings together visionary capital providers and master builders who are motivated by an alignment of faith, finance, and nature-based healing. Role Description The Co-Founder, Anchor Investor, and Chief Excellence Officer is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for guiding Lotus Sanctum Union’s strategic, financial, and operational excellence. This individual will collaborate closely with fellow founders to refine and execute the SanctuarySuburb™ and DignifiedDensity™ thesis, ensure disciplined capital deployment, and oversee the performance of current and future projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading investor relations and anchor capital commitments, shaping long-term growth strategy, and defining standards for excellence across design, construction, operations, and stakeholder experience. The role involves reviewing financial models, project timelines, risk frameworks, and performance metrics; supporting the capital raise process; and representing the organization in key external partnerships, media, and thought-leadership platforms. The Chief Excellence Officer will also nurture a culture rooted in integrity, regenerative design principles, and collaborative innovation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, executive-level presentations, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including investor engagement, relationship-building with capital partners, and strategic negotiation. Candidates should possess Marketing capabilities, including brand positioning, message development, and outreach related to SanctuarySuburbs™ and DignifiedDensity™. Candidates should possess Research skills, including market analysis, real estate and infrastructure trends assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation. Significant experience as a founder, senior executive, or principal investor in real estate, infrastructure, climate-tech, or related sectors is highly beneficial. Demonstrated track record in capital raising, fund management, or structuring secured investment vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with regenerative design, community development, or sustainability frameworks, and a values-driven leadership style aligned with the organization’s mission, are strongly desired.
