Integrated professional-grade editing and design tools allow creators to produce, refine, and publish content in one ecosystem without relying on costly external software. Centered on the Indian market, Soraivy aims to remove barriers to growth and monetization and build a more inclusive, sustainable creator economy. Role Description The Co-Founder (Equity Based) will help shape Soraivy’s strategic direction, product vision, and go-to-market plans while working closely with the founding team. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining growth strategies, analyzing platform performance and creator behavior, and leading key initiatives around acquisition, retention, and monetization. The role involves building partnerships with creators and external stakeholders, refining messaging and positioning, and contributing to fundraising, investor communication, and high-level decision-making. This is a full-time remote role that requires active collaboration across product, marketing, and operations to drive measurable outcomes and long-term platform value.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with creators, partners, investors, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive creator acquisition, audience growth, and platform awareness. Experience in creator economy, digital media, or SaaS platforms is highly beneficial. Proven track record in early-stage startups, business building, or growth leadership is preferred. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, make decisions under uncertainty, and take ownership of outcomes. Familiarity with the Indian digital content landscape and creator community is an advantage.
