College Sports Marketing Intern

Now Hiring: Unpaid Internship Electro is an athlete-first brand built around a functional electrolyte chewing gum. We partner with thousands of college athletes through NIL agreements and work with professional athletes in the NBA and NFL. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will support NIL athlete outreach and CRM management, keeping athlete communications organized and ensuring every partner stays connected to the brand. Location: Remote (US) | Schedule: Flexible | Type: Unpaid internship Skills and Experience Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided). Strong written English and communication skills. Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences. High attention to detail and reliability. Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools. Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.

Responsibilities

Support the onboarding of new athlete partners. Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates. Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference. Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records.
