Key Responsibilities
Lead & Execute: Facilitate, manage, and oversee high-ticket commercial asset opportunities and operational setups. Partner & Operator Engagement: Connect directly with commercial operators, business owners, and regional partners to drive deals. Deal Execution: Manage negotiations, agreements, and deal logistics with operational clarity and precision. Portfolio Ownership: Operate autonomously, set your own schedule, and scale your deal pipeline.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a self-starter with real-world grit, strong decision-making skills, and an ownership mentality. Direct, professional, and clear communication style across all professional interactions. Ability to manage pipeline deals independently and follow through on commitments without micromanagement. Physical presence and legal work authorization within the United States are required for site visits and operational setups.
