Job DescriptionCommercial Lines ProducerJob SummarySeeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team.This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in commercial lines sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of carriers and accounts from small businesses to larger organizations.With remote flexibility and access to a robust database of leads this position offers a dynamic and rewarding career path.Compensation PackageBase Salary :$60000 (decreasing incrementally over 5 years to allow time to build a book of business)Commission Structure :60% on new business 25% on renewalsBenefits :Comprehensive benefits package offered401(k) :ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a book of business by generating new leads and managing existing client relationships.Conduct 50 calls per day to set appointments and pursue new business opportunities.Utilize a database of 8000 leads organized by renewal dates to identify and target potential clients.Handle incoming warm leads and proactively seek out new leads through cold-calling and networking.Quote new and renewal business for a variety of commercial lines accounts ranging from small businesses to larger organizations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Qualifications / RequirementsLicensure :Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience :Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines sales.Candidates with personal lines experience and strong sales aptitude will also be considered.Proven ability to generate leads close sales and build a successful book of business.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.Willingness to travel as needed.#LI-KD1Key SkillsSales Experience,Time Management,Marketing,Customer Service,Communication skills,Retail Sales,Business Management,Outside Sales,Telemarketing,Insurance Sales,Medicare,Phone EtiquetteEmployment Type :Full-TimeExperience :yearsVacancy :1.
