This is a high-visibility opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for regional and national clients, offering real responsibility, flexibility, and long-term growth potential. Location Phoenix, or Tucson, AZ (remote flexibility available with occasional in-office appearances) Compensation & Hours
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)
- Bonus eligible
- Annual Hours Expectation: Approximately 1,900

What You’ll Be Doing
- Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters
- Handling cases from pleadings through resolution
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Managing discovery and taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Working directly with clients and litigation teams
What They’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense
- Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience with discovery and motion practice
- Deposition experience is a plus but not required
- Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
