THE CANDIDATE PROFILE (NO APARTMENT LEASING): We are strictly NOT sourcing traditional residential apartment leasing agents or passive order-takers who sit at a desk waiting for foot traffic. We are tracking elite, high-energy hunters. If you have successfully sold stocks on Wall Street, closed high-ticket financial commodities, or dominated intense corporate B2B cold-outbound landscapes, you possess the specific grit and conversational authority required to negotiate with filmmakers and network production studios. You must be proactive, self-directed, and capable of dialing for dollars without institutional hand-holding. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess the physical stamina and fitness required to continuously walk and showcase our expansive 20-acre flat commercial campus layout. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute aggressive outbound sales campaigns to capture commercial tenants, brand managers, and corporate production desks. Coordinate short-term venue rentals, day-rate block bookings, and structural sets for location scouts and active independent film teams. Structure and execute long-term enterprise leases for corporate office wings, post-production suites, and media facility footprints. Handle comprehensive tenant intake procedures, verify lease documentation, and manage scheduling lines with absolute autonomy. COMPENSATION CHASSIS: This is a high-yield, 1099 Independent Contractor alignment. This role is strictly commission-based with absolutely no cap on your income potential, offering a powerhouse two-tier payout framework (15% on short-term production narrative set bookings; 5% on long-term enterprise corporate block leases).
