About the Opportunity: The CONTACT CENTER AGENT role is crucial for serving as the initial contact point for individuals seeking legal support. This position is responsible for engaging clients through multiple communication channels, understanding their needs, and guiding them to appropriate legal services. The role significantly contributes to client satisfaction and operational efficiency within the program. Responsibilities: Deliver customer service via phone, chat, and text Use active listening to assess consumer situations and guide them to suitable legal solutions Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach Accurately enter and update customer data Meet performance goals including response times and satisfaction metrics Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality Collaborate with team members to support contact center procedures Requirements: Experience in collections, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or conversion targets in customer-facing roles Strong oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in goal-driven environments Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization under time constraints Interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions professionally Access to reliable internet and required computer equipment Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Full-time availability including both weekend days Pay Range and Compensation Package: Starting at $16.25 per hour plus potential bi-weekly bonus based on performance and conversions Benefits & Perks: Three weeks paid time off Twelve weeks paid parental leave Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Wellness initiatives and employee assistance program Rewards and recognition programs Career development opportunities Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
