Content Layout Associate – Publishing

Job Description:

• Implement lesson slideshows for teachers and students in TCI’s internal tools
• Create art for lessons based on provided art specifications
• Modify images and illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Create pages using InDesign templates and apply edits to existing InDesign content
• Format materials to ensure products are consistent, helpful, and visually appealing
• Review slideshows and pages across multiple resources for consistency
• Fix formatting and content issues as identified
• Upload and update content for TCI’s online platform

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Available to work 35–40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Proficient in using InDesign
• Understand how to use master pages in InDesign
• Comfortable learning custom online tools
• Proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and project management tools
• Must have an updated personal laptop/computer no more than 5 years old
• Laptop/computer must run recent versions of TCI-provided systems and applications
• Windows or macOS only
