Contract Attorney

Elite Legal Strategy is an outside general counsel firm based in Century City, Los Angeles. We work with businesses between $1M and $5M in revenue, including independent physician practices, on contracts, employment questions, compliance and disputes, through a membership model that lets clients call us while a decision is still being made. We are adding a California-licensed attorney to work alongside our founding partners, Kent Grover and Robert Young IV. The role 20 to 30 hours a week, averaging around 25 Independent contractor, fully remote Compensation: $75–$100 per hour, based on experience What you will do Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts for member clients Advise on employment, contractor classification and everyday business questions Carry matters from intake through resolution, with both partners available whenever you want a second view What we are looking for Active California bar membership Three or more years of practice The judgment to run a matter without being taught the basics, with questions expected and welcome To apply, submit your resume through LinkedIn with a short note on the matters you have handled most, or email it to [email protected]
