reputed company is a full-service engineering and technical services company supporting agencies such as the DoD, NASA, and NOAA.As an SBA-certified HUBZone small business, reputed company combines agile and highly skilled engineering and technical support-delivering unmatched execution to our customers.Our government relations consulting business area allows us to represent and support leaders in the defense, aerospace, intelligence, and related industries with decades of experience in market analysis and strategic planning.We are looking for highly qualified candidates for an upcoming contract positioned remotely (at home) supporting the reputed company (DCSA) in Cayce (Columbia), South CarolinaContract Specialist ( time position) Annual Salary Range $90-110KQualified candidates are knowledgeable Contract Specialists with 5-7 years of experience, preferably with DoD and / or other Government agencies and familiarity with Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA's), Educational Partnership Agreements (EPA's) and government contracting.Roles and Responsibilities :Assists reputed company offices with the establishment of service and support agreements with other DoD or federal organizations, to include federally funded research and development centers.Service and support agreements shall include Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreements (MOA), Interagency Agreements (IAA), System Interface Agreements (SIA), and Interconnectivity Security Agreements (ISA), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and reputed company certification and accreditation documents.Assist DCSA in the information gathering and preparation of service and support agreements and tracking / managing of established projects.Assist the Government in tracking and managing of established agreements.Update and track the processing and completion of service and support agreements.reputed company, and update draft agreements based on approved templates and information provided by the reputed company POC and / or external mission reputed company.Establish procedures and techniques for analyzing and evaluating performance against standards and developing / validating data sources.Periodically review support arrangements between the support integrators and support providers to ensure the arrangements are consistent with the overall support agreement and report their findings to the government reputed company / agreement manager.Education Requirements :5-7 years of experience with Bachelors or Masters degreeClearance Requirements :reputed company Note :U.S.Citizenship is required for this position.reputed company offers a competitive benefits package including PTO, 401K, and health benefits.reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sex, age, physical or mental disability, genetic factors, military / veteran status or other characteristics protected by law..
