Controller (Remote)

A client of Frontline Source Group has an immediate fully remote direct hire opening for a Controller. The employer has been in operation since 2000 and is a recognized industry frontrunner known for a dynamic work environment and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of accounting and financial operations while spearheading strategic initiatives; engage in strategic and cross-functional finance work; collaborate with senior leadership to craft, execute, and oversee financial operations and systems; serve as a liaison across departments; manage special projects while balancing risks, timelines, and deliverables; analyze key operational and financial metrics; and deliver monthly reporting packages. Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required, CPA highly preferred; 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role; thorough understanding of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16; demonstrated M and A expertise including pre- and post-acquisition balance sheet readiness, net working capital analysis, and earnout structuring; advanced Excel modeling; FP and A across forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting; NetSuite experience advantageous; familiarity with Procurify, Concur, and FP and A platforms a plus.
