Controller with CPA License

Leading day-to-day accounting and tax operations, the full-time Controller with CPA License will manage financial reporting across multiple entities, oversee revenue and cost accounting, and ensure robust internal controls in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set and manage the monthly close calendar, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across four countries Oversee accounting for diverse revenue streams and develop cost allocation methodologies to analyze profitability Lead and mentor a growing accounting team while establishing organizational structure and processes to support scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role Strong GAAP knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition and COGS matching across multiple revenue streams Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or comparable ERP systems, with a preference for experience in technology or subscription-based businesses Demonstrated experience in building and scaling accounting teams, including hiring and developing staff Experience: 8 years required
