About the Role
Games For Love is seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Outreach Associate to help identify and engage potential corporate partners for our Corporate Esports charity tournament. In this role, you’ll use LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels to introduce organizations to the tournament and build interest in sponsorship and employee team participation.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in sales, partnerships, business development, or recruiting who wants hands-on outreach experience while supporting a meaningful cause.
Key Contributions
- Research prospective corporate partners and identify relevant decision-makers across HR, marketing, community impact, employee engagement, and related teams.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Introduce prospective partners to sponsorship and employee participation opportunities.
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and lead status within shared CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Build relationships with interested prospects and move qualified opportunities toward conversations with program leadership.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Esports team to refine outreach messaging, targeting, and partnership strategy.
- Share insights on outreach performance to help improve future campaigns.
- Represent Games For Love and its mission professionally when communicating with prospective partners.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest or experience in sales, business development, partnerships, marketing, recruiting, or outreach.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for professional communication.
- Organized and able to consistently manage outreach and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems is a plus.
- Interest in esports, gaming, corporate engagement, or nonprofit work is a plus.
