Corporate Sales Director

Role Description The Corporate Sales Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving membership and corporate partnership growth for Newport Sports Club. This position oversees the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at expanding the club’s presence among businesses and organizations in key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying corporate leads, conducting virtual presentations, negotiating membership and partnership agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and refining business plans based on market insights. The Corporate Sales Director is expected to lead and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and superior client service.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including experience with corporate accounts and B2B relationship building. Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills, including forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic account planning. Demonstrated success in corporate or membership-based sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers remotely. Comfort with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and data-driven sales reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
