Create YouTube Videos from Book Content

I need a freelancer to create 14 YouTube videos based on my book, “The 14th Day of the First Month,” which explores the timing of Jesus’ Last Supper and death. Narration for all 14 videos is already written in Word, with each script typically 10 pages long and containing text, Scripture passages, and tables. Videos are expected to run 10–15 minutes each. I will appear briefly in the introduction and conclusion of each video, while the main content should display text and tables with words and passages highlighted as I narrate. No music or outside video clips are planned. I began learning PowerPoint to create the videos myself but am now seeking help. I prefer PowerPoint but am open to alternatives. You may quote the first two videos as a trial or estimate the full series. My maximum budget is $100 per video, and I prefer to work with someone based in the United States.
