Remote Position

Creative Lead

๐ŸŒ Remote ยท United States ๐Ÿ’ผ Full-time

IGTMS Messaging. Lead Generation. Sales Execution. RevTech. W E A R E H I R I N G Creative Lead Lead the creative strategy for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole. Turn our existing footage and expertise into content that earns trust, while building the assets Peter needs for the Down Market Product launch. Lead the designer, video editor, and social media manager. Full time. Remote. You Should Not Apply for This Job If You have only ever made the content. This seat decides what gets made, why, and for whom, then makes sure a team ships it. If you have never led editors, designers, and social people at the same time, this is not your seat. You can only hold one message at a time. Our transformation buyer wants us to build with their team. Our Down Market Product member wants to learn and own the work. You keep those promises distinct while making the three public brands feel connected. You have never built a founder brand in B2B. Our transformation buyer is often a founder or CEO at a company doing $2 million to $50 million. The initial Down Market Product buyer is an owner of a B2B company doing $250,000 to $15 million with a complex sale above $10,000. Both buy trust, not vibes. You cannot connect content to revenue. Views are the start. We want to know what your content produced: followers, conversations, booked calls, clients. You need a big team and a big budget to look good. You start with a small team, a deep archive of raw material, and a launch that needs useful assets before it needs a giant content operation. You think PR is a press release. For us, it means the right podcasts, stages, publications, and rooms. Build that pipeline, but do not let a future PR opportunity hold up the launch assets we need now. You run on taste alone. Taste gets you the first draft. Data decides what ships next. You let AI do your thinking. We are an AI-forward company. AI sharpens your point of view. It does not supply one. Still here? Good. Keep reading. Our founder has run nearly a thousand live sales trainings. On our podcast he diagnoses real companies, live, with the founder in the chair. He has a point of view that makes other founders lean in. Our co-founder builds the systems behind it and has a voice of her own. The company has client results with real numbers. Too little of that reaches the people who should hear it. Today the pieces exist without a plan. Footage gets recorded and sits. Posts go out without a clear buyer or next step. The Down Market Product also needs a focused launch set: proof, course packaging, community content, outreach support, and a clean distinction from transformation. You own the creative system across IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole. Peter owns the Down Market Product offer and launch. You translate his approved positioning into content and assets, coordinate with Nicole and the production team, and protect the difference between our transformation and learn and own offers. You decide what gets made, why it matters, and when it ships. Why this seat matters Our goal is 100 Cubed by 2035: help 100,000 founders grow, build $100 million in annual revenue, and do it with 100 people or fewer, all by 2035. More of our next clients should arrive already knowing who we are. That only happens if our founders reach far more people than they could ever talk to. You are how the voice travels. What This Person Actually Does Build the plan. Set the annual creative direction, then build a 90 day calendar around the actual launch sequence. Distinguish what must exist for the first paid member from what comes after the minimum viable launch. Set the pillars. Define the voice and content pillars for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole, then map each product to its buyer. The Down Market Product starts with owner led B2B companies doing $250,000 to $15 million and complex sales above $10,000, with agreed professional service exceptions. Do not blur it with the transformation audience. Run the creative team. The video editor, designer, and social media manager report to you. You brief, review, and hold the bar. Our founders talk to one person about content, and it is you. Make the archive useful now. Review existing trainings, calls, podcast episodes, and client proof for launch ready clips, course visuals, and sales enablement. Build a broader podcast funnel after Peter and Mark choose that direction. Own the PR plan. Build a credible target list and pitching rhythm for Mark and Nicole. Coordinate appearances with the product story and launch calendar rather than promising a podcast funnel before it is approved. Mine the archive. Work with Peter on the Riverside course gap list and with Mark and Nicole on what needs recording. Package the first Core Four library for Skool; create a searchable source library for future public content. Measure what matters. Track reach, engagement, relevant conversations, applications, qualified calls, and attributable pipeline by brand, product, and format. Work with Peter and the outbound team to separate Down Market Product results from transformation results. Protect the voice. Direct, calm, no hype. No unsupported revenue guarantee. The proposed 30 percent guarantee stays out of copy unless Mark confirms the exact terms. The Kind of Operator We Want Think of the person running content behind a B2B founder who went from unknown to the name everyone in the category quotes. Part strategist, part producer, part publicist. You can fix a hook, critique an edit, brief a designer, and pitch a podcast host, all before lunch. You think in systems, not one-off posts. You have a plan for the quarter, and you still notice on a Tuesday that one clip is taking off and move the week around it. What You Bring A founder brand you built. Show us the before and after: audience, engagement, and what it did for the business. Team leadership. You have managed editors, designers, and social people, in-house or fractional, and gotten consistent output from them. B2B fluency. You understand how founders and executives buy, and why they follow the people they follow. PR and bookings. You have gotten founders onto podcasts and stages, and you have the relationships or the playbook to do it again. Content data literacy. You read native analytics on every platform the way a media buyer reads an ad account. Copy and hook instinct. You can fix the first line of a post and the first three seconds of a clip. A system. Calendars, briefs, review loops, and asset libraries that let a small team ship a lot. AI-forward. You use AI to plan, research, and produce faster. You can tell when the output is slop, and you never publish it. How We Hire, Fire, and Promote These are not posters on a wall. They decide who we hire, who we keep, and who we let go. We hire missionaries, not mercenaries. People who act like owners and care about the mission. We are a team, not a family. We compete, we hold a high bar, and the seat is earned every season. We practice radical candor. The best idea wins regardless of title. We say it to your face or we do not say it. We do what we say we are going to do. Integrity here is simple. You keep your commitments. We put A-players in every seat. Fewer, better people, paid above market, each one someone we would fight to keep. How We Work Full-time, remote. U.S.-based preferred, with strong candidates elsewhere considered if they bring real U.S. B2B experience. Daily huddle at 9:30 AM ET with the whole company. You work directly with both founders. Small team, high leverage, powered by AI and systems. Every seat carries weight. Yours carries the whole brand. What success looks like at 90 days The launch plan is live. The three brand voices and product boundaries are clear, and the minimum viable product assets are sequenced against Peter's launch dependencies. The initial assets are ready. The approved Down Market Product positioning, Core Four course packaging, member onboarding content, proof, and sales enablement have an owner and a production date. The team ships without chasing. Designer, editor, and social manager work from one calendar and review loop, with launch work protected from lower priority requests. The founder content engine is running. Existing recordings are organized, new sessions have a capture plan, and the first relevant podcast and stage pitches are moving. Content is traceable to pipeline. We can connect public pieces to conversations, applications, and calls, while keeping the two offers separate in reporting. Where This Seat Goes As we grow, this seat becomes the head of marketing for IGTMS, and the creative engine behind the media work we deliver for clients.

Compensation

Base plus bonus. We do not publish a fixed number because we do not hire fixed people. The base is calibrated to your experience. The bonus is tied to audience growth and to the inbound pipeline your content creates. Not posts published. Not hours logged. If that scoreboard scares you, this is the wrong seat.

How to Apply

Do not send a generic resume. Send proof. One founder brand you grew. Where it started, where it ended, what you changed, and what it did for revenue. A launch plan. Review our founder content and Peter's Down Market Product outline. In five points or fewer, tell us what you would create for the first paid member and what you would leave for after launch. Three rooms. Name three podcasts, stages, or creators whose audience includes the owner led B2B buyer, and explain how you would get Mark in front of them. Your team. The largest creative team you have led, and what broke first. Apply through the LinkedIn posting or the careers page at igtms.com/careers, or send it straight to [email protected]. We read every one that shows real work.
