Creative Project Manager, Manifold

About the Opportunity: The CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of creative initiatives, ensuring projects progress from concept through to completion. This role plays a key part in maintaining clear schedules and coordinating work across design, account, and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery, directly supporting the organization's ability to meet client expectations. Responsibilities: Manage master workback schedules and align deliverables across teams. Coordinate design deadlines and ensure clarity of deliverables. Update and maintain accurate timelines and project trackers. Communicate project status regularly and maintain accountability. Inform leadership on project health. Prioritize and manage design requests from account and production teams. Partner with producers and creative teams to identify risks and resource needs. Monitor project scope and flag potential overages early. Requirements: Minimum 3 years project management or creative operations experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative environment. Proactive problem-solving and detailed record keeping skills. Strong expertise in managing schedules and deadlines. Effective communicator across creative, account, and production teams. Ability to identify risks and adapt to shifting priorities. Collaborative and flexible approach to work. Preferred experience in top-tier creative agencies or in-house marketing teams. Preferred hands-on experience with fabrication and print production. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The expected base pay range for this position in the United States is $59,040 - $90,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
