Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, theme park trips, and other travel experiences. Research destinations, accommodations, and available travel options. Coordinate travel reservations and communicate booking details. Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the booking process. Maintain accurate client information and travel arrangements. Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry developments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Comfortable working independently and using online technology. Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities. Willingness to learn travel booking platforms and industry procedures. Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
