About the Role
We are looking for a Cryptocurrency Trading Specialist to trade spot and derivatives markets, develop trading strategies, and manage risk on our trading desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades in crypto spot, futures, and perpetual markets on major exchanges
- Develop and refine trading strategies based on technical, fundamental, and on-chain analysis
- Monitor positions, PnL, leverage, and margin in real time
- Apply risk management rules, including position sizing and stop-loss discipline
- Track market news, macro events, and token developments that affect prices
- Prepare performance reports and post-trade analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience trading cryptocurrencies or other financial instruments
- Strong understanding of crypto market structure, exchange mechanics, and liquidity
- reputed company knowledge of technical analysis and risk management
- Ability to make fast, disciplined decisions under pressure
- Analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel or Python is a plus
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Experience with derivatives, funding-rate, or basis strategies
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (Glassnode, reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience with exchange APIs or algorithmic trading
- Documented track record of risk-adjusted returns
