Custome Service & Sales Representativ – REMOTE

Role Description The Customer Service & Sales Representative – REMOTE is a part-time role responsible for supporting participants, donors, partners, and other stakeholders through effective communication and service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about programs and services, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns. The role involves promoting organizational initiatives, explaining participation or donation options, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and support. The representative will document interactions, maintain up-to-date records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and stakeholder experience. This remote position requires consistent availability during agreed working hours and adherence to organizational policies and service standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including identifying engagement opportunities, explaining offerings, and supporting conversions in a non-pressuring manner. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret basic data, track interactions, and identify trends or areas for improvement. Candidates should possess foundational Finance awareness to discuss fees, donations, and payment processes accurately and responsibly. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in nonprofit or service-focused environments, proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems, and comfort working independently in a remote setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred. Fluency in Portuguese is highly beneficial; additional language skills are an advantage.
