Customer Care Advisor - Dutch Speaker (Remote)

Start date: 16 October 2026. You will adapt your tone to each person, from a short, friendly reply to a longer, step-by-step explanation. The role rewards patience, clear language and a calm tone, even when someone is frustrated. Your Responsibilities:

• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
