Key Responsibilities

As a brighthush Product Tester, you will be the bridge between consumers and brands. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Receiving and reviewing the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product.
• Unpacking, reading instructions, and setting up the product in a real‑world environment.
• Using the product for the specified duration while documenting your experience.
• Capturing screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as instructed.
• Submitting feedback through online or mobile platforms, and participating in optional private chat rooms hosted by partner research firms.
• Using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology (a smartphone‑based tool that captures Point‑of‑Emotion insights) when required.
• Maintaining the product in good condition and returning it on schedule.
• Communicating any issues or questions promptly to the brighthush support team.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Access to a digital camera or a smartphone capable of taking high‑quality photos.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Honesty, reliability, and a genuine curiosity about new products.
• Commitment to a flexible 15–25 hour weekly schedule.
