Key Responsibilities
- Document In‑Home Usage Tests (IHUT) as per the detailed Daily Schedule: screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, product journal entries, and more.
- Carefully handle and responsibly use each product, following all safety and usage guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to the IHUT Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, completing online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews.
- Utilize brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights, providing depth and nuance to your responses.
- Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms when required.
- Maintain honesty, reliability, and strong communication throughout the testing process.
Essential Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious, open mindset.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
