About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer-Facing Project / Program Manager to lead software implementation projects for enterprise customers in the cybersecurity and/or database technology space. In this role, you will work directly with large U.S.-based customers, managing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful software implementations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from planning through delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations. Coordinate internal technical teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed. Ensure implementations meet customer requirements and agreed-upon objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, ideally within a software vendor environment. Experience working directly with large U.S.-based enterprise customers. Background in cybersecurity software, security solutions, and/or database technologies. Strong project or program management skills, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
