In this role, you will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to design data‑driven retention strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base. Your insights will shape the way we communicate value, nurture relationships, and create experiences that keep our clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Retention Campaign Design & Execution: Build and manage email and nurture workflows that target customers at various stages of the lifecycle, especially those at risk of churn.
- Automated Journey Mapping: Create automated communication flows that guide customers through critical milestones—onboarding, feature adoption, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to craft messaging that highlights new features, success stories, and ROI.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key retention metrics—renewal rates, engagement scores, churn indicators—and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Content Creation: Produce educational assets such as how‑to guides, product tips, and training resources that empower customers to get the most out of our solutions.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Capture qualitative feedback from churned and at‑risk customers to inform product roadmap and marketing messaging.
- Lifecycle Segmentation: Develop and maintain dynamic segments based on usage patterns, industry verticals, and account health scores.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the annual retention strategy, setting quarterly goals and aligning them with broader business objectives.
- Tool Management: Administer marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and ensure data integrity across systems.
