Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, communicating naturally, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. ## What You’ll Do - Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound calls as needed. - Contact potential or existing customers using approved scripts and guidelines. - Understand customer needs and answer routine questions professionally. - Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. - Follow up with customers when required. - Explain the next steps clearly and politely. - Maintain accurate call notes and appointment records. - Update customer information in the designated system. - Escalate complex questions to the appropriate team member. - Follow company procedures and applicable calling requirements. ## Who We’re Looking For -

Currently based in the United States.
