Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and texts
- Schedule appointments using our dispatch software
- Respond to online leads from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
- Collect customer information, appliance model numbers, and issue descriptions
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Provide customers with appointment updates and ETAs
- Filter spam calls and unnecessary interruptions

Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
