In this remote role, you’ll be a trusted resource for people seeking help through prescription savings and assistance programs. You’ll answer their questions, explain the enrollment process and help them understand their options. Role Summary Status: Remote, independent contractor (W-9) Pay: $15 per hour Schedule: Flexible. You choose your hours on a self-scheduling platform, within the client’s hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm ET Minimum commitment: At least 20 hours per week. This is a requirement of our third-party client. If you’d prefer fewer hours, you’re free to pursue a different opportunity within the NexRep Marketplace What You’ll Be Doing Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, answer customer questions and explain program requirements Obtain patient financial records and other required documentation, verify insurance benefits, and review patient records and established guidelines to determine eligibility for assistance programs Process orders for specialty medications, including obtaining and documenting the required authorizations Handle every customer interaction with compassion and professionalism, including with upset or frustrated callers Document and escalate complex adverse events and product quality complaints according to detailed client and program guidelines Follow established processes, procedures and regulations for medication ordering, medication distribution and communication protocols
