Key Responsibilities
A Day in the Role Youll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. Youll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, youll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.
