Responsibilities - In this role, you'll help clients plan and book travel experiences such as cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages, while sharing accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, pricing, and options. - You'll manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip, respond to questions by phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner, and keep organized records of bookings and client communication. Qualifications - Strong communication and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests at once. - Candidates should have basic computer skills and reliable home internet access. - A genuine interest in travel and hospitality is a plus. Preferred Experience - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required - training is provided for qualified candidates. Compensation - Part-time pay typically ranges from $1,250 to $2,550 - Full-time pay ranges from $3,000 to $6,500 - Additional incentives, bonuses, and travel discounts may also be available. - This is a commission-based role, so earnings depend on bookings completed and client volume.
