Customer Service Representative (CSR)
About the Role
Radnor Roofing is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to support three roofing brands: David’s Roofing, Strength Roofing & Siding, and Pinnacle Roofing. Your primary responsibility will be answering incoming calls, helping customers, and communicating with our local teams. As the first point of contact for many homeowners, you’ll help create a positive experience and ensure each customer reaches the right person or receives a clear next step.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls for multiple roofing business using the appropriate company greeting and call script. Gather and accurately record customer information, service needs, and call notes. Schedule inspections and appointments according to each local team’s availability and service area. Help existing customers with questions and route requests to the appropriate sales, production, or office team. Communicate customer needs, messages, and urgent issues clearly and promptly to local teams. Return missed calls and voicemails and assist with customer texts, emails, and online inquiries. Follow up on open requests to ensure customers receive a response. Follow established call scripts and processes while keeping conversations friendly and natural.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. A professional, patient, and helpful phone manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests. Comfort using computers, phone systems, calendars, and customer management software. Dependability and the ability to work closely with teammates across multiple locations. Coachable and have strong desire to support the greater team effort. Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred. Roofing or home services experience is helpful but not required. What Success Looks Like Customers feel heard and know what happens next. Calls are answered promptly, appointments and notes are accurate, and local teams receive the information they need to follow through.
