What You'll Do
Deliver Top-Notch Service - Communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide reliable travel guidance Plan & Book Trips - Assist with flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions tailored to client preferences Build Client Relationships - Provide personalized service before, during, and after their travels Stay Informed - Keep up with travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to offer the best recommendations Solve Problems Quickly - Handle booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions What You Bring Strong customer service and communication skills A passion for travel and helping others explore the world Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote setting Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
