The Role Ensure customers maximize the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through the use of an IoT platform. Develop a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and effectively communicate them to diverse businesses across various sectors. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers, demonstrating a strong problem-solving aptitude. Drive business transformation by leading strategic customer engagements to understand operations and goals, architecting action plans for workflow improvements and value delivery. Conduct product consultation workshops and value check-ins for complex partnerships, recommending feature and workflow enhancements. Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support teams to advance mission-critical customer initiatives. What You'll Need 3-5+ years of experience in a technical customer success, account management, sales, sales engineering, or strategic consulting role, with Enterprise SaaS experience preferred. Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Experience supporting or working with technical products. A passion for exceeding expectations, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
