Remote Position

Customer Support Associate – Remote‑First Healthcare Infrastructure Specialist – High‑Impact, Data‑Driven Patient Care

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

About brighthush

At brighthush, we’re redefining the way health data moves from the lab to the patient’s hands. In a world where wearables, point‑of‑care devices, and electronic health records generate an avalanche of information, the challenge is not data scarcity but data accessibility. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease by building a robust, interoperable infrastructure that turns raw data into actionable knowledge.

Founded by a team of seasoned technologists and clinicians, brighthush has already connected millions of patients to the diagnostics ecosystem. With backing from leading investors—now unified under the brighthush brand—we’re scaling rapidly while staying true to our core values: innovation, empathy, and relentless focus on patient outcomes.

As a remote‑first company, we empower our teams to work from anywhere in the United States, with a particular focus on the Eastern Time zone to align with our primary customer base. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology to supercharge healthcare, you’ll find a home at brighthush.

Why This Role Matters

Every ticket you handle is a potential life‑changing moment. When a lab order goes awry, a patient may be left waiting for critical results that could alter their treatment plan. At brighthush, we don’t just process data—we ensure that data reaches the right hands at the right time. Your work as a Customer Support Associate will be the first line of defense against delays, errors, and confusion.

As our customer base grows, so does the volume and complexity of support requests. You will be part of a Tier 1 team that manages high‑volume operational queues, resolves most issues directly, and escalates the rest with rich context. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly will directly impact patient care and partner satisfaction.

  • Manage a High‑Volume Operational Queue
    • Triage, prioritize, and route tickets so the right team member addresses each issue quickly.

    • Document lessons learned so future customers and teammates can find answers faster.
