Here's the job details Customer Support/Service Desk technician MESA AZ-Remote Rate $16 hr W2 All Inc Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound calls related to timecard processes Assist associates with system navigation Support time entry, submission, and approval activities Troubleshoot system access issues Resolve routine inquiries during first contact Document interactions and support tickets Escalate complex issues to designated support teams Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with the client’s service standards Skill Sets Strong customer service orientation Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously Self-driven and dependable work ethic Experience handling high call volumes Strong problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with CRM tools Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
