Your work gives leaders the data they need to make staffing and process decisions. This role blends analytics skills with cyber and third party risk context. What you will do Measure assessment volume, backlog, timeliness, and staffing ratios Produce monthly business review and governance materials Align reporting to the enterprise third party risk framework Help leaders make data driven staffing and process decisions What you bring 6+ years building metrics and dashboards for a risk or security program Fluency in Power BI or Tableau, plus SQL and Excel Ability to define KPIs such as volume, backlog, SLA timeliness, and staffing ratios Experience producing monthly business review and governance decks Understanding of a third party risk framework, so your reports are credible to leadership Nice to have GRC platform reporting in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or OneTrust Capacity and staffing modeling Python Preferred certifications Optional: CTPRP, Power BI or Tableau certifications Technology and frameworks Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, and GRC platform reporting in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or OneTrust.
