D365 Sales Manager - Up to $150k base USD + benefits/bonus - (Remote with travel in USA) - Growing Microsoft Partner 📩 [email protected] / 📞 646 980 3837 We are partnering with an established Microsoft Dynamics Partner on a key leadership hire: a Sales Manager to guide and develop their sales team as the business enters its next phase of growth. They are looking for a people-first leader who can coach a team of strong, varied personalities, own the sales process, and step in on complex, high-value opportunities when the team needs support. Roughly half the role is people management, with the rest split between hands-on selling and leadership and growth work. There is a clear path to a broader sales and marketing leadership role over time. What you’ll bring: Proven people leadership, with the ability to coach and motivate team members with different needs and working styles Sales management experience is helpful but not essential. Leadership fit and coaching ability matter more Comfortable supporting on complex deals while keeping the focus on team results rather than personal commission Background in D365 Microsoft Partner channel Consulting background with experience managing delivery teams is a plus, giving you insight into the risks of overselling Willingness to travel for a number of industry events throughout the year **Must be US-based Citizen/GC Holder / No Sponsorship / No Third-Parties
