About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international support team. This is a remote position for candidates based in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania), offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Danish-speaking customers. No previous experience is required full training will be provided! Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Native or fluent Danish speaker (C2 level) Good English communication skills (B1 or above) Living in the Baltics or willing to relocate at your own expense Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Basic computer literacy and ability to work remotely
