Dat Insights Analys - (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description The Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level) is a part-time role focused on supporting data-driven decision-making at SG Armaturen Finland. In this position, the analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, maintaining accurate and accessible data sets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing basic reports and dashboards, identifying trends in sales, operations, and product performance, and presenting findings in a clear, concise format for stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with team members across functions to clarify data requirements, support ongoing projects, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable availability for virtual meetings and regular communication.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational data analysis skills, including basic statistical understanding, data cleaning, and interpretation of trends. Candidates should possess technical skills such as proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization tools or BI platforms. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings in written reports and simple visual formats to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting. Relevant education in fields such as data analytics, statistics, business, engineering, or information systems (completed or in progress) is beneficial. Familiarity with the lighting industry, manufacturing, or related technical environments is a plus, as is experience with basic database or query tools.
