Role Description This remote, entry-level, part-time Data Insights Analyst role at Malayka IA focuses on supporting data-driven decisions across the organization. The analyst will collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include building basic reports and dashboards, preparing visual summaries of key trends, and assisting with routine data quality checks. The role also involves collaborating with team members to clarify data requirements, documenting methodologies, and preparing simple presentations or summaries of findings. The analyst will be expected to learn and apply foundational analytics tools and follow established processes for data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Ability to work with data sets, including basic data cleaning, validation, and organization. Proficiency with spreadsheets and introductory data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus). Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders.
