## About the Role Optimere is seeking a Data Analyst to work in a dynamic Agile team environment supporting CMS projects and data warehouse operations. The role involves gathering and managing business and system requirements, analyzing information, supporting system design, and maintaining requirements and project documentation for both on-premise and cloud data warehouse environments. The Data Analyst will collaborate with business owners, developers, Scrum team members, test teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, data and system documentation, process modeling, feasibility studies, presentations, and support for system implementation and testing. ## Key Responsibilities ### Requirements & Business Analysis Solicit, define, document, and manage requirements and project scope for CMS projects. Gather and analyze information from system users to establish system scope and objectives. Define business and system requirements. Manage requirements within complex business and technical environments. Perform analysis and assist with system design as needed. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential system solutions. ### Documentation & Project Artifacts Create, maintain, and support distribution of project-related documentation and artifacts. Develop and maintain requirements documents. Create and maintain user stories. Develop source-to-target mapping documents. Create and maintain System User Guides. Create and maintain Operations Manuals. Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs). Prepare flow charts, models, procedures, and other analysis documentation. ### Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including: Business owners Developers Scrum team members Test teams Clients Work closely with the testing team to ensure requirements are implemented and tested as documented. Communicate project requirements and analysis findings to relevant stakeholders. Create and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders. ### Data & Systems Analysis Support data analysis and systems analysis activities. Contribute to the maintenance of on-premise and cloud data warehouse environments. Apply practical knowledge of business and technical analysis to support CMS projects. Assist with system solutions and designs based on project requirements. ## Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience. Experience working with a Business Analyst team in a complex environment. Experience soliciting and defining business and system requirements. Experience with the IDR Support project. Ability to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and system requirements. Ability to work with stakeholders across business, development, Scrum, and testing teams. ## Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an Agile framework. Experience with databases and data warehouses. Experience with Teradata. Experience with AWS Cloud Computing. Ability to query databases using SQL or similar query languages.
