About the Role
Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Measurement to support large-scale assessment programs. The role focuses on data analysis, statistical methods, and collaboration with psychometric leads and subject matter experts to support assessment-related work. The ideal candidate has experience with SAS or Python and familiarity with data structures. This is a remote position with potential travel of up to 5%.
Key Responsibilities
Support large-scale assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. Contribute to data analysis and the application of statistical methods. Collaborate with psychometric leads and experts on assessment-related work. Work with data structures to support measurement and analysis activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAS or Python is valued. Familiarity with data structures. Ability to collaborate with psychometric leads and experts. Work Arrangement and Travel Work Arrangement: Remote Travel: Up to 5%, as needed. Compensation and Incentives Eligible employees may participate in Pearson’s annual incentive program.
