This role focuses on extracting, processing, and analyzing complex ServiceNow datasets to generate proactive insights across incidents, changes, and ad hoc business requests. The successful candidate will use advanced SQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to transform complex data into meaningful analytics. Key Responsibilities
Extract, process, and analyze complex datasets from ServiceNow. Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for analytics and reporting. Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery to perform large-scale data analysis. Apply AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to generate analytical insights. Support AI-driven data visualization initiatives for problem management. Analyze incident, change, and other operational data to identify patterns and potential issues. Deliver actionable insights to support proactive problem management. Support ad hoc analytical requests and reporting requirements. Improve reporting processes by shifting from reactive reporting toward proactive insights. Required Qualifications and Skills Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of its data structures. Strong SQL development skills, including query writing and optimization. Extensive practical experience with BigQuery on Google Cloud Platform.
