Data Analyst/FM Product Specialist
For our client, we are seeking a Data Analyst/FM Product Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote role sits at the intersection of data analytics, financial management, and technology modernization, supporting enterprise transformation efforts in a complex federal environment. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable insights and executive-ready reporting that improve decision-making and visibility. In addition, this person will help shape and support enterprise financial management and technology solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization. Location: Remote Compensation: $104,700 – $157,100 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on data-driven transformation initiatives Design and develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions Act as a product manager for financial management and enterprise technology solutions Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather business requirements Analyze existing business processes to identify modernization opportunities Support implementation of enterprise platforms and advanced analytics tools Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in data analytics, financial management, or technology modernization Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau Strong understanding of federal financial management processes and audit readiness requirements Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with enterprise business systems or ERP platforms
