Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business needs and enterprise guidelines into robust data and solution architectures.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects.
- Lead Integration & Governance: Manage enterprise integrations and support data governance processes.
- Hands-On Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to data engineers and develop proof-of-concepts.
- Drive Lifecycle & Roadmap: Oversee technology roadmap and support Agile planning.
- Maintain Expertise & Innovation: Stay current on data trends and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Safety First: Demonstrate commitment to safety culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Database Administration.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
- In-depth experience designing information systems in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with data modeling, DBAmp for Salesforce integration, and modern platforms such as Collibra and Databricks.
