About the Role

Banner Health is seeking a Data Scientist I to provide data and analytical support across the organization. In this role, you will work with large databases and apply quantitative methods to develop data-driven solutions that improve outcomes and profitability. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support analytical initiatives and help inform business decisions. This fully remote position is based in Arizona and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Work with large databases to support business and analytical needs. Apply quantitative methods to analyze data and develop data-driven solutions. Provide data and analytical support to improve business outcomes and profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand analytical requirements. Use data insights to support informed business decisions and organizational goals.

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization. Location and Work Arrangement Fully remote position. Candidates must reside in Arizona. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
