About the Opportunity: The Data Success Manager plays a critical role in supporting partners' data needs to enhance their electoral and advocacy campaigns. This position ensures data products and services effectively meet partner expectations and contributes to improving data management and operational efficiencies. The role acts as a strategic resource, facilitating communication between partners and internal teams to resolve data issues and optimize data-driven capabilities. 3. Responsibilities: Understand partner data requirements and ensure data services align with their campaign needs Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication Support internal teams and partners on data management rules and processes Anticipate partner long-term data needs and recommend enhancements or new solutions Coordinate resolution of partner data issues, involving relevant internal and external parties Advise on improving efficiency and effectiveness of data and database operations 4. Requirements: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders Commitment to proactively identifying and resolving data issues in complex environments Moderate knowledge of SQL for complex queries and large data set manipulation Experience with scripting languages such as Python 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Starting salary of $106,645 6.
