What You'll Do
Administer 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans. Perform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g)). Prepare and review Form 5500 filings. Calculate employer contributions and vesting. Serve as the primary contact for clients and participants. Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. What You'll Bring 2+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience. Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance. Experience with Form 5500s and annual testing. FTW experience preferred, not required; QKA designation is a plus.
