We build and manage outsourced outbound sales development programs that help our clients connect with the right decision-makers, generate qualified meetings, and build sales pipeline. We combine disciplined prospecting, thoughtful strategy, and strong client relationships to deliver measurable results. Growth Simplified. The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who knows what it takes to make outbound sales development programs successful—and can lead client relationships and guide the SDRs responsible for delivering results. As you become established in the role, you'll typically oversee a portfolio of 5–10 client accounts, depending on experience and program complexity. You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, accountable for program performance, campaign strategy, and the day-to-day execution of their outbound sales development efforts. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role. You'll analyze performance, identify opportunities to improve results, coach SDRs assigned to your accounts, and help clients understand what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing about it. You'll take ownership of client relationships and results, work across different businesses and technologies, and make a direct impact in a growing company.

What You'll Do

Own Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients. Lead weekly client meetings and periodic business reviews, communicating results, insights, and recommended next steps. Build credibility through proactive communication, responsiveness, sound judgment, and follow-through. Address performance challenges candidly and constructively, with clear action plans. Identify client needs, expansion opportunities, and potential retention risks. Drive Program Performance Take ownership of client program execution and results, including prospecting activity, meetings booked and attended, and qualified pipeline development. Analyze campaign metrics, conversion trends, meeting quality, and prospect feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Refine targeting, prospect lists, messaging, and outreach strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Develop and execute improvement plans when programs fall behind expectations. Ensure accurate reporting, organized account documentation, and consistent operational execution. Lead and Coach SDRs Direct and coordinate the day-to-day work of SDRs assigned to your client accounts. Provide hands-on coaching, call feedback, and guidance to improve prospecting effectiveness and client delivery. Partner with SDR leadership to identify performance gaps, reinforce coaching priorities, and support individual development. Help experienced SDRs strengthen the skills needed for greater client ownership and future delivery leadership responsibilities. Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and company leadership to share best practices and continuously improve results. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales development, with demonstrated success in high-volume prospecting, appointment setting, and campaign performance. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and outbound sales development programs, including campaign strategy, execution, and accountability for results. Proven ability to coach SDRs, diagnose performance challenges, and improve outcomes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate activity and conversion data into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence leading client meetings, presenting results, and navigating difficult conversations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with sound judgment, personal accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Especially Valuable Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or other built-environment industries. Experience managing multiple client accounts within an outsourced SDR agency or sales development services business. Familiarity with HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, prospecting tools, and outbound performance reporting. Why Join Blume? Join a talented, close-knit team. Work alongside high-performing, collaborative colleagues who share ideas, support one another, and take pride in delivering great results. We set high standards, value accountability, and believe people do their best work in an environment built on trust, respect, and mutual support. Own meaningful client relationships. You'll have direct responsibility for helping clients build successful outbound programs—not simply managing tasks or preparing reports. Work across innovative businesses. Gain exposure to a variety of companies, technologies, and markets, with particular depth in PropTech and the built environment. Make a measurable impact. Your strategy, coaching, and judgment directly influence client results and the success of the SDRs supporting them. Help shape a growing organization. Work closely with senior leadership, contribute your ideas, and help strengthen how Blume delivers results as we continue to grow.
